      Got in trouble for violating policy but yet no policy was provided to show me where I violated, training is non existing, micro management, can’t use the bathroom for more that 1 minute without putting no work home life balance.

      Weekly pay is consistent and they pay every week

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. They require you to work too many hours which interferes with home life. Constantly adding more work for managers to perform

      Compared to my last company I am looking Mavis. The culture is not toxic and the employees seem to really enjoy their jobs. The training is comprehensive and the management are very knowledgeable, professional and care about their employees

      Cons

      No hybrid opportunities in this department. I would like being able to WFH two days a week. And half hour lunches. It’s so hard to get things done in that amount of time.
