What is the hiring process like at Memorial Hermann Health System?

Awesome work culture. Hiring process was smooth and definitely a lot of training on their EMR system.

Low pay, Management allowed unprofessional behavior with some of their employees

Epic is the emr. Onboarding process was easy

Had to wait to start until end in place

Processes are organized and easy to follow for the most part.

Not the best culture depending on leadership.
