The people and the ultimate goal of providing the best fan experience possible are great! In whatever role you work here, you will have the freedom to learn anything you want. There are always ways to grow into your career path here. It is very rewarding to experience a game or an event and see the smiles on our customers faces.
Cons
The lack of an overall strategic plan for the organization as a whole leads to disparate tracks of work and silos. It is great to know we want to please our event goers, but how we plan to get there and continue to improve should be a top down dictation with measurable performance indicators to gauge success along the way.
