How is management perceived at Millstone Medical Outsourcing?

there are departments for everyone. i prefer to work alone or in small groups and i was left unbothered to do my work. some members of management and HR really do care about the employees and their team. my dept. had a paid 30 min lunch so the added overtime in a normal week was nice. work culture decent, other coworkers were always very kind and helpful. good insurance. certain times of the year have long stints of available overtime if you want to take it.

understaffed even in management. didn’t have a real supervisor for awhile and when i got one, they stayed mostly in the cleanroom and couldn’t answer questions or help when there were issues in my own department. kind of a lot of favoritism. inconsistency between the different shifts in terms of quality, amount of supervision or slack given. i feel like the base pay could also be higher for what the roles are.

There is particular management at the CT site that was on their way out and should have stayed that way. Millstone in fall river is aware of problem employees who contribute to low morale, production, and compliance, but is unwilling to address them. Management will always blame someone else for their misgivings especially folks that are no longer there.

Fellow engineers on the team were great to work with.

I had a negative experience working here and was very unhappy. Very slow without much work and I was treated extremely poorly by management. Would not recommend at all.
