The social side is popping Abundance of social aspects e.g they rent out a whole club for our 'regional' staff parties, in which we get free drink wristbands and a mixture of other stores to soclisae with. - Sports day such as Football and Netball tournaments - Instore parties, which enable you to get closer to your team. From karaoke, Christmas quiz, games night. 2. Free Food + banging discount As a student getting a free meal during shift and then 40% staff discount really helped reduce my food shop. Also the food is of good quality with high protein, so good if you're a gym goer. 3. Flexibility - my rota's have always been really good, the holiday allowance is good and the sabbatical offered after 5 years (1 month off paid) is like no other company I've worked for.

Really long hours Closing shifts say till 11pm on the rota but we actually finished at 12:30 - 2am most times. Not accommodating to religious prayer times regarding meals. Had religious staff praying in the bathroom before meals and wouldn’t give them extra time to eat after their prayer.
