You can have all the credentials and awards, but if you don't know anyone in management or hiring team, you are not going to advance in your career. It can feel a bit clicky. Also, having the contact center come back 3 days on-site when there are not enough desks and it sounds like a loud cafeteria is going to make employees burn out and quit.
