Pay is fairly competitive, benefits are good, and there are a lot of perks, like discounts, professional development opportunities, etc.

Cons
Culture is pretty unhealthy. Leadership is focused on the appearance of success more than the reality of it, and is fixated on a growth mindset no matter the situation or consequences. Goals are often unrealistic and short sighted. The impacts the rest of the organization by pitting everyone against each other in an attempt to make sure they can meet the goals set for them, often at the cost of the member experience.

The pay is good and the benefits are excellent. The culture has also been great up until this year. A lot is changing.

Hybrid requirements. The company is slowly adding additional days to the hybrid schedule. Not a lot of transparency. Culture is shifting.

Horrible management, micro managed, treated as replaceable, extremely negative environment, management is currently finding reasons to fire anyone, toxic work environment. I get anxiety every time I have to login to work. I feel as if I’m on the defensive for my position any time someone messages me. Moving within the credit union is near impossible. Once you’re in a role be prepared to stay there.
