How are the career development opportunities at Ncontracts?

My time at Ncontracts was far from what I had hoped for. As a salesperson, I struggled to succeed due to a lack of proper training and minimal product support. The software itself, while potentially valuable, was often difficult to sell because of its frequent bugs and limitations. This made it hard to build trust with clients, and I found myself constantly apologizing for the product’s shortcomings. The leadership team was distant and out of touch with the realities of the sales process. There was little to no communication, and my feedback, along with that of my colleagues, was rarely considered. The company's sales targets were unrealistic, with little support or guidance on how to achieve them. It felt like management was more interested in pushing numbers than in providing the tools or motivation necessary for success. The culture at Ncontracts was toxic, with high turnover and a competitive, often cutthroat atmosphere. There was no sense of camaraderie or teamwork — instead, it felt like everyone was left to fend for themselves. The lack of clear career advancement paths and opportunities for growth was another major downside. After a while, I began to feel stagnant, as there were no incentives for improving my skill set or advancing in the company. Unfortunately, my experience at Ncontracts was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it to others looking for a positive, supportive work environment.

Ncontracts is an amazing place to work. I have never been fed by another entity than I have by Ncontracts. Places I've worked at before would make a big deal about getting employees pizza, but Ncontracts feeds us REGULARLY. Anytime a team or department gets together, they are getting fed. Gourmet fish, amazing fried chicken, best lunch spots around, they spare no expense to please employees. Awesome. Additionally, they do such a good job ensuring your workspace is comfortable, they work hard for you to be able to work from home, the home office package was killer, the office downtown keeps a fridge full of drinks, sodas, juices, waters, and cabinets full of snacks we can enjoy anytime! We work hard at Ncontracts, but when the effort is there, I've been granted spot bonuses for the work I've done, when I wasn't expecting anything! I am just so grateful that my effort, time, and energy is noticed and rewarded in the right ways! They paid for my certifications that I've gotten since being an employee here, and commit to our career growth by doing so. The benefit packages are everything you would want when being a full time employee, and I'd even venture to say that the pay for the roles we hire are right at or slightly above expectations. I can not speak highly enough of how good a place it is to work at Ncontracts!

We work hard everyday, the company is growing so fast I think it is hard to keep up with the hiring that is needed. But being busy is a good thing, we have a job tomorrow and there's no end to that, but that's what you want when you find a job. A company that will be here tomorrow, and expose you to opportunities and work that is so important to build you up in in your career.

The people and culture at Ncontracts stand out immediately. Teams are collaborative and approachable, and there are real leadership and growth opportunities for those who want them. The company is leaning into AI in meaningful ways, which keeps the work interesting and relevant. Responsible PTO, strong benefits, and a gorgeous new office round out a genuinely great employee experience.

As with most fast-growing companies, things evolve quickly and priorities can shift. Having a little flexibility and comfort with change goes a long way, but that's more context than criticism.

No growth opportunities. The pay is horrible. There’s no motivation here..the company allows slackers to stay but the ones who actually work somehow get left in the dirt. So many mistakes are being made and no one cares. When did people stop taking pride in their work? (Apparently when they start working here.)

The flexibility to work in a hybrid environment; Company Growth allowed for more opportunities for employees; Great Collaboration amongst internal teams especially in the Customer/Ops organization. The Chief Customer Officer fostered an environment that encouraged collaboration and teamwork. Ncontracts provided opportunities for cross team fun with coffee chats and internal networking opportunities. No company gets it all right but I always felt like Ncontracts tried to hit all the marks for their employees.

What was a pro was also a con - acquisitions felt like they happened so quickly you didn't have time to settle. But again, company growth was a good thing overall for career growth.

I joined as a Business Development Representative and have since grown into an Account Executive role. Throughout that journey, I’ve been consistently supported by leaders and colleagues who genuinely care about employee development and success. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and willing to invest in training and career growth. There are a couple of good people left who did not get fired by the new management.

The company talks a lot about culture and innovation, but the reality doesn’t match the message. Leadership often makes decisions without clear communication, and there’s little transparency about direction or priorities. Many teams are overworked and understaffed, which leads to burnout and high turnover. Training and development opportunities were minimal, and it often felt like advancement depended more on favoritism than performance. Feedback from employees was rarely taken seriously, and as a result, morale suffered. While there are a few great people who genuinely care about the work, the overall environment felt disorganized and discouraging.
