Everyone knows that working in customer service can be difficult, but working in an office with gossiping, disrespectful people (coworkers and managers) makes it much more difficult. I rarely had an issue working with the agents or clients; it was actually the pleasant part of my day. If you're thick-skinned and can let comments roll off your back, you can survive. If you can get a job outside of Customer Service, it's a great company to work for!

Manager dependent on if you have a good working experience or not. Some managers should not be in management. A lot of friend promoting and who you know, what you know.
