easy selection process, once you make it you could be there for life which is what most grays do.
Cons
they laid me off on the last week of my probation period without any prior notice. I was invited to the office by some HR woman who just took away my laptop and badge and told me to leave the building, I asked for a feedback or reason or any explanation she literally said "we are not required by law to give you any reason" just leave' and she took me downstairs and that was it. it was a horrible experience to be fired like that and even my own manager never talked to me or gave me any feedback that my work was not up to the standards or anything, I even tried to reach him as he was on holiday at the time, but he ghosted me.
if you want stability don't even think about working at nokia. it's a sinking ship anyway.
