How are the career development opportunities at O2?

Great environment, great culture, good management structure and support systems, great opportunities to progress within company

The only cons as a customer service advisor within store is that unfortunately you do not get commission / bonus for any sales you execute and if you are a part timer and work 16/20 hours this will be split in to 4 days

It is a globally recognised company

Career progression from retail to head office is non-existent.

The work is easy and leadership is understanding

Very hard to have a long career in the role.
