Pros
- Positive attitude, relatively down to earth people (for Mgt. consulting)
- Good feedback culture - feel valued, also feel comfortable making complaints to mgr
- Very high autonomy in staffing - if you find a nice project and convince the partner, you will get it. But: there is no need - if you don't have the network you'll get OK staffing regardless
- Good attitudes towards family commitments and people taking parental leave etc. I find this good corporate citizenship
- Opportunity for "Golden Passport" if you want it: 2 yrs in a different office anywhere in the world. Pretty fun way to explore a new place in the world!
- Scandal-Free: might be due to smaller size, but I don't think we have anything near the scandals of some of our larger competitors. I think that reflects strong ethics & culture!
Cons
- Smaller offices than competitors - if you like bustling offices, may be sth. to consider
- Chaotic staffing - they seem to have a pretty non-standardised process, which can be disconcerting for new hires
- Perf. Review and promotion only once per year. Means if you want to do your 2 years and leave you might need to stay a bit longer for your promotion before leaving.
