What is the salary like at Omni Hotels?

Good benefits, competitive pay and great bosses.

Banquets department is a hot mess. Entitled people.

The interview process wasn't very proactive

Not fully staffed since covid.

Good pay and benefits are also good

Higher management would give much support. Always changing things for them but at the end they will ask for it to be the way it was before. Management have their favorite employees. it's also hard to get some time off also. It like they try to work for the year of your employment so you will lose those PTO hours (they won't roll over neither)

Fast-paced job with a lot of learning opportunities. Unique and some once-in-a-lifetime partnerships. Great networking and great people to work with. Focused on internal growth if the department structure allows.

Below average pay. Slow and honestly pathetic increases. No growth for Marketing. You either have a team of one or no one at every hotel.

Omni's culture is super fun and refreshing. I always look forward to coming into work. They have great growth opportunities and pay is competitive. I'm looking forward to continuing to grow within the company!

An organization that doesn't respect intelligence or decades of stellar guest service historically isnt good.

The pay is great and management go above and beyond

corporate environment, some difficult clientele, hard to get changes approved because of corporate structure

Free lunch is provided everyday

Horrible hours, they make you work 7 days a week sometimes, managment does not care about their employees at all, lack of air conditioned shop, no day to day organization, they make open ended promises and do not pay you the wage agreed upon.
