Pros
Pay is good, people for the most part are great. Good discount and benefits.
Cons
Unfortunately salaried so when you have to work 65+ hours during game/concert weeks you aren’t getting any additional pay. You might get an extra day off the week after a concert but that’s about it. One of the “benefits” is you get season tickets but you’re expected to work every home home game so you can’t use the tickets. You also can’t sell them so the most you can do is give them away to friends/family. Not much of a benefit. Upper management doesn’t really listen to complaints about managers. They’ll nod along and tell you things should change but proceed to not do anything about it. There’s also no real career growth due to it being a small department. Positions don’t open up and anything on the corporate side is usually not given to store employees.
