What is the salary like at Primoris Services Corporation?

Good pay, good overtime, room to grow. Generally good employees/teams.

Uncertainty on job locations with little notice for when you have to go. Poor communication in reference to work schedule and time off.

Just completed my first week with Primoris and have loved it so far. Great people, chill and flexible work environment, decent pay and benefits, etc.

The work can be stressful.

You get straight time overtime, but the salary is already low, so it's not like you are making more, you're just making what you actually should if you were a salaried employee.

When I gave my 2 weeks' notice, they let me go that day and did not pay me for my last 2 weeks. If you are going to quit, DO NOT give them notice unless you are willing to lose out on your last paycheck.
