Low pay, can be physically demanding, strict rules for staff (which is both a good and bad thing; the rules should not be lessened as they are necessary in this position & environment), can be very stressful and is very fast-paced

Flexible scheduling, and food provided

I say”flexible schedules” but on many occasions the owner would borderline try to manipulate me into coming in when i was sick or during times she KNEW i was unavailable. you have to stand your ground. kids can be crazy, and while management cares, they won’t do anything about it long term. sometimes suspension is needed.

No time off, poor work schedule

love the kids, supportive superiors, parents were nice, easy to fall into the routine of things with time, very flexible scheduling

one toxic coworker but everyone else was great. behaviors can be hard to deal with at times but it’s rewarding watching them grow

great place to work, friendly environment

some low hourly rates but flexible working hours.
