Pros
Great culture, good leadership, people actually care
Cons
None that I can think of
Pros
supportive leadership and great culture
Cons
parking issues and spotty wifi stuff
Pros
Company wants to succeed and be great Great culture - made life long friends Free Dress - no business casual necessary Hybrid work schedule
Cons
Majority of the clients they work with do not want their help. Told to "do better" when issue is not something you can fix. Commission may be uncapped but is not easy at all to make.
Pros
Great leadership that sets you up for success
Cons
Competitive but with a team like structure
Pros
- Can make great friends - Hybrid work schedule - good work life balance for the most part - Fun culture events sometimes
Cons
- INSANELY high turnover - "layoffs" that are never truly justified - when it comes down to it, just easy solutions for them to put blame on someone rather looking at the larger issues at hand - Hire and fire to the MAX - Pretty much the entire company is anywhere from ages 22-28, except for the 3 person "leadership" team - Absolutely NO room for growth - false promises and extreme favoritism - So much micromanagement. Every single one of your clicks is tracked. - Poor leadership style - "tangible" advice that they don't follow themselves - Accrual for PTO - extremely low amount and almost little to no flexibility aside from that (minus the WFH schedule) - VASTLY different book of businesses per account manager - almost no opportunity to recruit for another AM - and if so, still extreme favoritism for higher point jobs.
Pros
- Uncapped commission - PClub Trips - Able to get base raises and bonuses - Culture is the best, have met a lot of my best friends here
Cons
- Parking is not ideal - Past team lead, not a ton of growth but still able to make bonuses
Pros
- Leadership (Effective communication and every decision made is to protect/elevate our People (employees) and our Partners (clients) - Growth opportunities - professionally/financially - Culture - you can't beat it! (I mean that) - Hybrid WFH Schedule - Seat at the table (access to speak your mind and be heard/effect change) - Uncapped earning potential - $$$$ - P-Club Trips for top performers Annually - All-Inclusive trip to Mexico (typically) - Opportunity to come in and be a part of building a company - Autonomy in your day / Not micro-manged (definitely held accountable but in a healthy way) - Anyone who says differently probably never trusted in metrics as leading indicators and did not want to change their habit to get better and make more $$$ - Attainable/Realistic Goals - Fun office space
Cons
- Parking - If you are scared to cold call - this is not a good fit - Smaller company with less resources than big companies but you definitely are given everything you need to be successful and the benefits DRASTICALLY out way the negatives
Pros
-Wear Athleisure to work/casual atmosphere -Hybrid WFH schedule -Coworkers that have the potential to become great friends -Opportunity to work with different industries -Good for a job right out of college
Cons
-Parking can be difficult/some safety concerns being in deep ellum -on target earnings are lower than they advertise -management tracks clicks, micromanages heavily -Leadership is not flexible with personal situations unless they favor you -High turnover, most of their tenured employees left in the past year and a half -If you are not conservative or Christian, this is not a healthy environment. Leadership can be insensitive and there is a reason there's a lack of diversity and more turnover for minorities. There's no HR to report this to -If you don't get an account manager with a good book of business you will struggle to make money and recruiters get blamed regardless of their AM's performance -they favor certain recruiters/team leads and give them all the high point jobs and opportunities that are urgently hiring, leaving the leftovers for everyone else,..then criticizing their performance for not scoring as many points - Recruiters get left in the dark about the revenue they bring in and get paid less with the "points" system compared to other recruiting firms. -the core values are only enforced when convenient, especially for discipline. They sell candidates hard in the interview process about their culture and how they treat people but aren't consistent once you ramp up. There isn't consistency and they use culture fit to push people out or disqualify them from the interview process -leadership brags about hiring people who are miserable and almost desperate to leave their current jobs, it feels almost predatory. there's a reason why a lot of people only stay for a year and half to two years -overall lack of development opportunities -the median age for employees has probably been 22-24 since there's limited growth and high turnover
