Pros
- Can make great friends - Hybrid work schedule - good work life balance for the most part - Fun culture events sometimes
Cons
- INSANELY high turnover - "layoffs" that are never truly justified - when it comes down to it, just easy solutions for them to put blame on someone rather looking at the larger issues at hand - Hire and fire to the MAX - Pretty much the entire company is anywhere from ages 22-28, except for the 3 person "leadership" team - Absolutely NO room for growth - false promises and extreme favoritism - So much micromanagement. Every single one of your clicks is tracked. - Poor leadership style - "tangible" advice that they don't follow themselves - Accrual for PTO - extremely low amount and almost little to no flexibility aside from that (minus the WFH schedule) - VASTLY different book of businesses per account manager - almost no opportunity to recruit for another AM - and if so, still extreme favoritism for higher point jobs.
