Micromanagers, only focused on sales to the detriment of the rest of the employees who don't have the capabilities or bandwidth or resources to fulfill those promises. They have outsourced to other countries and laid off many people, right before the holidays no less, who helped put Puzzle even on the map. They are money hungry and care about nothing else. Implementing software to track employees' work like we're children who can't do their jobs.

Pay is low. They contract you to train overseas, cheaper employees and then get rid of you. Very rude management.
