What is working from home like at Quest Global?

The one and only pro is the hybrid working model. The work from home and office is very flexible but sometimes depends on the Project and client.

Its a company for Core Field Engineers like Mechanical, Electrical, etc. getting converted into a IT company. Due to which the IT gets overshowded during the appraisal. No projects related to Data Engineering, Data Science or any Analytics related topics Good Managers to take out work but they don't give hike No worthwhile projects Organization hangs between a Established Service company and startup Average Cafeteria Wrost Appraisal including Quaterly appraisal (which are useless) Management, Talent Team does not understand the difference with roles. Ex. if you are a GCP/AWS/Azure Data Engineer, you will be asked to do DevOps development. If you are a Application developer then you might be asked to do Machine learning. If you are a Data Scientist you might be asked to do Application development. No clear demarcation at all.

A very good work life balance. There are technical and cultural activities. Helpful seniors, colleagues. Flexible work from home policy. You can get exposure to multiple projects within the organisation. More employee engagement activities.

Learning and development is the most you can get

I started at quest global the year of 2023. I was currently employed by a company when receiving an offer from quest global. I accepted the offer and within 14 days I was on site and working for the customer. For 6 months I worked my job description and title until the customer needed further assistance. I provided the assistance but never was supported or backed by my manager, I received the same compensation. At year 2 my desk was being taken by customer employees forcing me to sit at a portable work station with minimal work space. For about a year i brought the concern up to my manager promising they would fix the issue. When I spoke on the behalf of my feelings and how I’m doing more than my job title within the same week I was told to work from home “ take some time to yourself you’ve out in a great deal of effort” to then be greated with a separation letter. Never acknowledged my feelings or my work efforts waist of 2 years just to be swept under the rug.

Flexibility in work from home or office

Low pay for freshers, but base pay was revised in 2025.

Nice place to work, team environment and they do not micromanage which is refreshing. They give you flexibility to work from home hybrid
