      Cons

a lot of work in the content team is given on you and you have to report to a lot of managers. the middle managers steal credit and do nothing and top one just micromanages and changes everything having you rework again. you don't get promoted or raised but your manager always does. there is also a baise and some people are favorite for no reason

      Anonymous employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

Company culture feels like a warm hug from your favorite aunt who also happens to be a business genius Work-life balance that actually includes a life (shocking, I know!) Competitive salary that doesn't make you cry when paying rent Colleagues who are both competent AND pleasant (a rare combination in the corporate wilderness)

      Cons

Communication occasionally resembles a game of telephone played across multiple time zones Some meetings could have been emails that could have been texts that could have been telepathy Growth is happening so fast that occasionally processes haven't caught up The coffee machine has a vendetta against anyone who didn't major in engineering Work can be challenging during busy seasons (though that's kind of the point of having a job)
