REVA has been great as an employer, supports are hit or miss, however, they have a great culture and pay is always on time, if not, earlier than expected. Has PTO benefits and HMO and year-end parties.

Pay is mid, can't expect a bonus or an increase from the company unless the Client has initiated the increase. PTO terms aren't enjoyable because they follow a rule wherein, you CANNOT file your time-off next to a holiday/critical working day ( to make sure the client is still supported) even if the client does encourage freelancers to take a leave for such days. EOD/SOD trackers are time-consuming, every time clocking in, even if they have a Portal for it, you would still have to send an email and a formal chat that you had logged in/out.

Great pay for entry-level positions who succeed the screening and training

It will always be client first, no matter what. You do not get to choose your client, and if you have any issues with the client, your team lead will not take any action except listen and tell you that you're being dramatic.

If you are not used to working graveyard shift.

The best company I’ve worked for. This company truly stands out. The pay is excellent, and payments are always early, never late. They provide great HMO coverage and paid leaves. They also do an amazing job connecting you with clients and preparing you thoroughly for interviews. Feedback is always available when needed, and they genuinely give you second chances if you ever make mistakes. You can feel that they root for you and support your growth. The work environment has a real family-like atmosphere. And the year-end party? Hands down the best. REVA is extremely generous, and this event is something everyone looks forward to.

Honestly, nothing I can think of.

They definitely offer a competitive salary rate. More than the generous incentives that they offer, they value their VA's a lot and it's very evident on how they built their system around their core values.

I guess, the only thing I can point for this section is the considerably long log-in period.
