What is the salary like at Real Canadian Superstore?

There are some nice people

Low wage, part time only, basically no hours and from what I'm told there is a less than 5% chance of getting a raise no matter how long you've been there

Good Pay, easy schedule, times working are reasonable

miserable sometimes, and constantly doing other peoples jobs

10% discount with occasional 20%

bad management, pay sucks for the amount of work we do, no pay raise for customer service or cash office work.

Bad pay, bad managers, not enough hours given for benefits. Very Greedy company and management. They Dont work high seniority employees on purpose to save money.

co workers are rude, pay is horrible, management doesn't care about you. Poor training, horrible hours, work environment is full of harassment and management doesn't care, they force you to work fast or they fire you. No advancement opportunities unless you want to be transferred

If you get a good manager, this is a great job but minimum wage pay.

If you get a bad manager, it'll be really hard
