What is the company culture like at Rhinestahl Corporation?

Pay is competitive. Small company. Much less "woke" than other places.

Technical people aren't respected by non-technical management. Technical efforts aren't manned. Mid-level management pretends to be doing something about it. Company is going to put all the technical efforts in Germany. Textbook mistake: Made the CFO president. Poor management across the board. Massive attrition underway: Is it on purpose? Outrageous criticism of an employee's feedback when they are leaving. Culture was once very good, current management is ruining what's left of it.
