Pros
I actually liked my job at Rivian. Good pay, benefits, nice time leaders and group leaders, multiple breaks in a shift, daily team meetings for updates in your department and for things going on around the plant / with company, and good training. Everybody for the most part was very nice, and very approachable. All levels of MGMT are pretty much open communication. Overall this job had more pro than con for me personally. I only quit because of my shift being eliminated and being unable to work 3rds due to serious insomnia.
Cons
This is a good company, but you have to roll with some punches at this job. Things change all the time, people around you change all the time, and management makes a lot of questionable decisions. Sometimes it can be stressful when it is nonstop. Constant miscommunication was the biggest I had.
