      Pros

      The healthcare benefits are the only pro.

      Cons

      Management, most importantly the CEO. If HR wasn't his girlfriends daughter they would be under review. He, the owner, BARGES into multiple situations and demands attention when quite honestly he is clueless. I have seen him literally yell at multiple people and takes delight if he hurts their ego. Walking nightmare.
