Where do I begin? We were outsourced to Optum in 2022, only to have SSM break the contract with Optum in 2023. Now SSM has offered former employees their jobs back, so they can continue to support SSM. Unfortunately, for SSM most of their talent has found new jobs with stability.
With the recent changes over the years it seems to be going down hill for employees

Management upper levels are only concerned with numbers and cutting costs.
