They talk of team bonding, culture and exponential growth (all their pitch is either AI generated or copied from elsewhere). The management has no sense of direction. There is no feedback system (just egoistic management), the place thrives on their mid level manager's (*ssl*ckers) uneducated and biased opinions. The targets are baseless and their dreams are to reach the moon, while in reality they're stuck at a mere local bus stop trying to swim through their sands. Yes, that's exactly how superficial the workings and thoughts of the company are.

Good place to continue for 203 years if you are passionate about your work, That can give you growth for some time. Good salary compare to local geography. But way to low compare to hydrabad and banglore based companies.
