What is working from home like at Salesloft?

      Not the move

      Pros

Flexible work from home culture, team members are what kept me longer

      Cons

Work life balance does not exist, constant layoffs, don’t care about your longevity and what you have contributed, good quality people are leaving, and require you to do more with minimal pay. You are just a number.

      Going downhill for sure!

      Business outlook

      Pros

Flexible PTO and remote work Amazing solution that adds real value Great coworkers and people who want to share their knowledge Started amazing, but went downhill really quickly

      Cons

PE backed; I will never work for a Vista company again Constant layoffs and changes in senior leadership No operating plan or strategic direction CRO established a boys club mentality: if you're not a member, you don't count. New leadership only cares about people who say yes versus those who question. Went from proactive to reactive in a matter of weeks Hemorrhaging real talent and replacing it with yes men

      Pros

      Cons

Was great while they were making money Became incredibly toxic as soon customer started churning

      The company is in decline

      Anonymous employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

They allow me to work from home. The base pay is fair.

      Cons

So many cuts. Lay offs, smaller bonuses, benefit reductions, less holidays (they most recently completely cut “rest days”. We don’t get summer Fridays, either. Won’t be long until they cut the holiday shut down week). Their employee offerings are no longer competitive. It’s not a bad place to work if you need a job, but it is turbulent in the wrong direction. There is much better out there in the tech space.

      Pros

Unlimited PTO, Remote work and flexibility

      Cons

Low base pay, high turn over on executive level, moral has deteriorated since the company is trying to go public
