Pros
Four 10 hour shifts (Monday- Thursday), Their attention to safety is far above any other companies I've seen, Cafe/kitchen inside that cooks breakfast/lunch, a good number of great people to work with
Cons
Lack of training (I literally received only hours of training), inner social politics, The typical selective favortism (One of the biggest issue I saw while working here) you see with just about every company, but this place was by far the worst I've ever seen and played a huge role lack of training for me personally, pay in comparison to other related companies, lack of communication to employees or at least select employees, when your shift ends, the process of leaving the parking lot and exiting the property can take up to 10 minutes due to the layout and amount of people that leave at once. In a separate category- the temp employees are unfairly hired on full time and it operates under a "buddy system" rather than seniority, work ethic and experience. It all depends on if you're well liked by the right people.
