What is the hiring process like at ScribeAmerica?

The application process was smooth and went by quickly! The hiring process and those who are apart of the application process were quick and precise with my application. Everyone involved are wonderful to interact with as well!

There weren't really any problems I had while going through the application process.

Easy hiring process, it was very quick and easy zero problems

I don’t know if it was just me but they had me doing trainings online for 3 whole months before I even earned a full paycheck and then for on the floor training it was only 3 days and your supposed to be proficient at the end of it.,Very unrealistic. I don’t know any other job that does that. I wasn’t allowed any breaks, lunch breaks and they timed me going to the bathroom

The hiring process was completely online and was easy to access. From testing my computer setup to the interview process was easy breezy. They also had computer setup help which I did not even need. The interviewer was nice and helpful and answered and explained all my questions.

Depending on your connection speed the interview might be a bit choppy.

Learned medical terminology very quickly. Overall great clinical experience if you're trying to decide to go into a medical career

Very very low pay, bad communication with management, also take forever in the hiring process
