Pros
Great office environment. The offices are clean, well furnished and have canteens with a variety of options even including breakfast at some sites. Everyone gets along very well in the office and my personal team are very close knit and I feel part of the team.
Work laptop and phone provided free of charge - at least in this role - which gives me great flexibility to work from home or collaboratively in the office.
For such a large business, the admin is handled quite well, communication is usually well provided.
A large pool of opportunities: site visits, volunteering days, charity events etc.
Provide a range of schemes, such as the apprenticeship that I'm on alongside Graduate schemes with a massive intake each year, giving a significant number of people a great opportunity.
Cons
Communication between different areas of the business can sometimes be difficult as the business is so large, and has so many employees.
