Pros
Some talented coworkers who genuinely care about doing good work, despite leadership failures.
Cons
The culture is deeply unhealthy and driven by a lack of accountability at the top. Leadership avoids responsibility for poor decisions, and problems are routinely pushed down onto individual contributors instead of being addressed structurally.
Turnover is extremely high, and people regularly leave or are quietly pushed out. Layoffs are handled in a secretive way so leadership can publicly claim the company “doesn’t do layoffs,” which feels dishonest and erodes trust across the organization.
Communication is poor, priorities constantly shift, and the environment creates chronic stress and burnout.
I'd say avoid this company entirely and focus your energy elsewhere, I wish I had before taking this role. Its not a great place to work.
