What is the company culture like at SharkNinja?

Some talented coworkers who genuinely care about doing good work, despite leadership failures.

The culture is deeply unhealthy and driven by a lack of accountability at the top. Leadership avoids responsibility for poor decisions, and problems are routinely pushed down onto individual contributors instead of being addressed structurally. Turnover is extremely high, and people regularly leave or are quietly pushed out. Layoffs are handled in a secretive way so leadership can publicly claim the company “doesn’t do layoffs,” which feels dishonest and erodes trust across the organization. Communication is poor, priorities constantly shift, and the environment creates chronic stress and burnout. I'd say avoid this company entirely and focus your energy elsewhere, I wish I had before taking this role. Its not a great place to work.

Pay - that's it. Run as fast as you can. People or horrible to each other and the CEO promotes toxic culture.

Toxic culture, finger pointing and fighting, verbal abuse and yes, it starts with the CEO. Absolutely no work life balance. Office looks like a total pig pen with the occasional mouse running through the cubes.

Good pay, reward and bonus system with discount on E-shop and incredible christmas private sale. Good culture, hard work is rewarded, work life balance is respected trustworthy management. Budgets are flexible as long as you can justify it, as opposed to some startups than doesnt have backbones.

Fast paced, planning is everything, can be stressful Worklife balance can be hard to maintain as working both with US and Asia teams. No real "team vibe" for the technical project managers team, say hello in morning, goodbye in the evening. Do your job, get out.

Good company culture and everyone is helpfull

Nice office. Location has good travel connections (bus / rail / tube). Opportunity to really shape the products as part of design / testing phase.

Can be bit toxic / cliquey. The drive for success also pushes people to their limits. We're told that the culture is "not for everyone" but in reality its just over inflated "urgency" in bid to race products to point of sale.

- Cross functional: the teams are very collaborative with one another - Great people! The culture is very chill and everyone has so much patient for new talents - Great benefits imo as a new grad on a co-op. Also great reputation and leader in their field so it's a very great learning opportunities if you're interested in CPG Lots of career development programs with HR

- CEO definitely micro manages everything in the company, especially all the new launch. If he doesn't like anything, here goes months of work - No work/life balance. Director level on my team seems so stressed and upset with their workload lol. They definitely work >>40 hours/week and I've seen them online on the weekends.

Decent pay, good benefits, and a collaborative work culture

Slightly overwhelming and inefficient management system.

Hands-on learning, opportunity to work with experienced and passionate people, and the pay is good. If you're starting out, you learn a lot in very little time. If you're willing to learn you'll go far BUT they value results over everything else. Which means, you can go far, but what matters is PRODUCT success. Things that are out of your control. I was cut because the program I was supporting wasn't profitable. At the end of the day it's just good business.

Very corporate culture, teams are compartmentalized, and middle- and upper- management will squeeze you for what you're worth. Teams can be cliquey, you really have to lead with empathy while playing the corporate game of I only care-so-much-as-you-give-me. Meaning your immediate team-members will be awesome, but everyone else on those cross-collab teams are not your friends, they are your colleagues, and only expect results.
