What is the hiring process like at Siemens?

The hiring process was very transparent, HR was very helpful and I am very happy with my current role. It is exactly what it was communicated to me during the hiring process. Due to its size and complexity, it takes time to get onboarded and to understand the structure and processes. The team is being very helpful during this first onboarding period.

My team readily agreed to convert my work student contract to a thesis contract and a senior from my team agreed to supervise me. The whole process was smooth and easy.
