Are transfers to other offices possible with Southwest Research Institute?

Able to get valuable hands on experience. Lots of freedom on projects. Great benefits and very nice place to work in general

Pay is just OK. Not much opportunity to move around or try something different. You are probably locked to the division you're in and sometimes even the department.

Lot's of opportunities to try different types of projects. Excellent benefits package, although vacation is lacking.

No bonus, questionable safety practices in some labs.
