Pros
Loved being able to work from home and on site. My manager was great and so was our team. Team worked together when projects were given out.
Cons
Wished they offered more PTO days. You have to work 5 plus years to gain more days, then if you get laid off, you have to start over if 6 months has passed when you start again. They had too many reviews about values. Everyone thinks this is a waste of time. Once a year will do it but every quarter is excessive.
