For a company that prides itself for being an innovative clinical stage therapeutic organization driving novel methods of pharmaceutical development the senior leadership knows nothing of innovative research methods and does not value quality or compliance in their clinical research operations. They drive timelines over qualitative outcomes and personal politics over sound scientific process. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE SOUND SCIENCE AND BENEFICIAL OUTCOMES. THIS COMPANY PREFERS POLITICS OVER SOUND PROCESS.

Compensation is competitive, particularly for contractors who can access benefits through a spouse, making contract roles potentially more advantageous than full-time positions. Additionally, there are genuinely kind and supportive individuals across other parts of the organization which can make day-to-day interactions more positive.

Leadership lacked engagement and line manager provided limited direction, making it difficult to align on priorities or receive meaningful feedback. Team culture was highly cliquish and at times exclusionary, with an expectation to remain constantly active in Teams chats that detracted from focused work. Additionally, a senior individual contributor at the Associate Director level demonstrated a micromanaging and at times unprofessional communication style, which created friction and a toxic working environment.
