Autonomy in work. Great focus on collaboration, and great company culture is promoted. A lot of talented intelligent people to work with. Very interesting work if you like working in a trading company or Tech. Company spends a lot of money on social events, and on tech in the work place. Very profitable company with a lot of growth and opportunities.

Lack of career progression or movement. Managers can have king like status. Staff can be treated with disregard influenced by negative politics, or racism, not able to properly raise issues when it matters going ignored until its too late. Employees can be treated as company resources, instead of people, by other employees or departments when it benefits them. Company culture is often spoken of by management to advertise the company, but can fall by the way side in real life with no way to enforce it where it matters. Culturally insensitive. Superficial celebration of diversity driven by politics or self interest.

The people are lovely. Free lunches and decent pay. Good location. On site gym. You're free to make mistakes as entire job is meaningless.

Constant stress that does not pay off. You will likely end working at least 10 hours straight a day because the company refuses to higher more staff. They'll claim nobody meets their standards but a good company would train to this standard. You'll end up pigeonholed doing a role unrelated to your skills and be pitted against other developers. Coding skills will be learned very slowly as you will have to devote all your time to figuring out how things work yourself. You may have to do mandatory on call. The internship was notoriously awful this summer with interns encouraged to do homework on weekends and to not take lunch. Interns are hired based on coding competitions that are entirely unrelated to the actual job. Very poor diversity in both race and gender. Probably due to the right leaning CEO that diverts tax money to right wing politics. The average woman makes €200k less than the average man here. There are no females tech managers on 40 tech teams in dublin. Complete waste of electricity trading companies like this are consuming while not benefiting society in any way.
