Does TD offer parental leave?

I love the great flexibility for parents, not only for scheduling adjustments and sick days, but also been seen people coming from their 2nd and 3rd parental leave without any problems and still in line to get promoted and move across branches with no problems, because they will focus on your performance more than your personal life.

Environment can change a lot with every change in the management team, and they do move BMs, ABMs and MCEs way too often.
