Good company, lots of wonderful people, salary paid on time

no major cons, I recommend the company to everyone

The company don't bother you with schedule, deadlines, etc. They pay on time and the people that work there are polite, simple, and nice. The work has a tremendous flexibility in the schedule and even the pay is according to your flexibility.

You never know how much work you will have. Sometimes is very steady, and you have work every day. Sometimes you have weeks without it. If you are efficient and do things quickly, they block your account for review and don't allow you to work for days or weeks. You are just a number, they will never give you any promotion, bonus, or anything. Sometimes you receive an email saying thanks for the good quality work, but nothing more than that.

Only salary on time which is great

Toxic environment, worst management you will beg to take your own leave which will be denied even if you inform a month prior, office politics is worst.
