Good culture, very nice people/coworkers. Work isn’t that challenging. You can work here for 30 years doing the same thing.
Cons
You can work here for 30 years doing the same thing. This isn’t the place to work if you want to get ahead in your career and climb the ladder, take on more responsibility.
Most coworkers were nice, management was very understanding of challenges as they had grown from the same previous roles.
Cons
Pay was low and raises were less than the inflation increase year after year, you essentially take a pay cut every year. Closed-minded employees created a less than ideal culture.
Too many projects that don’t get completed on time and parts not in stock. Communication is poor plans change daily. It’s not the same farm company that made it great it’s corporate greed
