Thank you for your write up. I agree that our business offering is unique in the market, and I am happy we receive continual positive feedback from our clients.
As you point out, many things have changed since we moved to Boston in 2020. With our hybrid workforce, we take extra steps to communicate universally throughout the organization and have set up mechanisms for praise when team members feel others are overperforming. Based on your feedback, you think we are over-communicating and providing too many opportunities for praise. As you point out, our clients often require a rapid response to their needs; this, combined with our sense of urgency, can sometimes be stressful. It's true that meetings can sometimes take their own life; I encourage you and all team members to call out counterproductive meetings. It's the only way we get better.
Finding a balance on these topics that works for everyone is complex, and your views are very important. I strongly encourage you to meet with me, HR, or your manager to share specific thoughts and ideas.
