Personal bad experiences with bullying and agression by other employees, management didnt gaf

They are very flexible with scheduling which is the biggest PRO of this company.

The managers are pretty open about favoritism which is the biggest CON

Some good managers, high energy, worked with my schedule preferences

Sexual harassment problems swept under the rug, constantly staying hours past scheduled time, aggressive coworkers, only way to move up was to accept a pay downgrade (from 16/hr to 8/hr tipped for baker to cashier, and tips were garbo)

Good money. Diverse menu and inclusive environment. Numerous amount of team bonding and enjoyable things to partake in as an employee.

Depending where you’re located some of your colleagues will not be equipped to handle the pressure it requires to have a well functioning and strong team.

Could possibly make good money

Terrible management. Don’t follow through on their jobs. Allow harassment and racism.
