Pros
Decent place to start your career as a fresher. Competitive pay along with multiple benefits such as hardship allowance and food bill reimbursement during out-of-base location postings.
Cons
Working hours are often quite long, sometimes extending to 11–12 hours a day, with additional conference calls and Excel reporting required even after regular working hours. In the sourcing vertical, obtaining leave approvals can be challenging. Onboarding new and existing channel partners is also difficult due to their previous experiences and concerns around delayed payments. Additionally, the company’s revenue model relies heavily on its own loyalty customers, DST team, and various digital platforms, which makes it less channel-partner-friendly from a sourcing perspective.
