Lack of leadership which is being manipulated by a consultant group that has been controlling the politics for over 5 years. If you have a consultant group involved in process for more than two years that’s a sign of bad leadership. DO NOT take a contract position here. You will likely waste a year of your life. If a company can’t hire someone with expertise then don’t work there as a contractor hoping to get hired. Who ever speaks the most and the loudest is apparently who they think has the most experience no matter what nonsense comes out of their mouth. I’ve never seen a business ran so badly before. Their success is solely because of the brand and not based on good business decisions. And yes they are racist as mentioned before in other reviews. If you are not of a certain ethnicity you will be second class. Also if you’re older you be openly mocked by younger co-workers.
