What is the salary like at The Y (YMCA)?

The members are absolutely amazing

No opportunity for advancement, bad management, low pay, no raises

Great management, flexibility with scheduling, decent pay

None, never had any issues or concerns

-Flexible hours and works with you on hours/time off -Easy shifts and decent hours for part time -A positive environment and experience with members

-Snarky bosses -Micromanaging to the fullest (will constantly watch cameras and randomly/often walk in on you, will even drive back to the work location from home to do so) -Treated like children and yelled at -The bosses gossip among employees about others -Just overall a toxic boss to employee culture and not worth the low pay unless you are a high school student worker.

Great pay and management was great

Not a lot of breaks time

Diversity of awesome members, ability to connect/help with members, free membership.

Pay is too low, no advancement within, high turnover, employee and member voices are not heard, lack of safety for staff, lack of communication from higher ups.

Good work life balance decent pay

Politics no promotions management are jokers

Early hours, early times to get in, lots of work to do when opening

Great pay, PTO, great people, leadership

Lots of hours, remote location

Good pay and benefits, friendly employees, great community

free membership, if you want to spend more time where you work

Poor pay, poor benefits, lack of staff, soul sucking
