Pros
Managers get great benefits, free meal on shift and the pay is competitive.
Cons
The company seems to be headed in a....strange direction. Changing all their food protocols and downsizing their management team in the name of saving money. They laid off all of their hospitality managers; company wide, while they did make sure we had a good severance package and paid us, it doesn't make sense why they would downsize to a two management team. It was already tough at times running with three managers but they also cut hours with team members dramatically and then expected the managers to fill the gaps, some shift were entirely spent in position and then they wonder why nothing is ever completed in a timely manner and why people are leaving/working other jobs/everyone is running thin and exhausted. The new model seemed to a be figure it out and good luck! This once was a great company to work for, but it seems to be going downhill and I don't see it turning around anytime soon.
