How are the career development opportunities at Tower Federal Credit Union?

Tower offers great opportunities between work experience, personal growth and advancement.

The only thing I can think of is some of the trainings we take don't cover everything you experience in the position. What I will say is a lot of it is either common sense, prior knowledge or self teaching (sometimes with assistance from vets).

You get free food for doing a good job.

No extra pay for doing an excellent job. No real growth opportunities unless you are moving from a Teller to a MSR. You need experience in a certain department just to move to the department. So no internal growth.

Good pay and plenty of opportunities and benefits

No real cons to my knowledge

Good benefits. Location is convenient (HQ)

Small growth opportunity. Politics as usual

Time off, great medical benefits

Not much room for career growth
