      Pros

      They make sure you get your hours and as extra board where all new drivers starts off you get from 38 hours guaranteed but can get up to 70 hours. You come in between a two hour window and they will keep you as long as they want to up to 14 hours a day .

      Cons

      You can't have a life. They don't pay holiday pay the first year. You can't choose a shift it's one forced on you. You deal with homelessness all night like a mobile shelter.

      Shift schedules are seniority based and can change throughout year so it can be unpredictable and challenging when first starting.

      Seniority system sucks. Hard to get desired hours. Disrespectful Passengers Raggedy buses. Never any relief vehicles available at the South Yard.
