How are the career development opportunities at Truist?

There are no pros here at all.

No promotions, no career development or advancement, awful raises, bonuses dropped by 40%, terrible mid and upper level management, need I go on? Definitely the worst company I've worked for in my 25 year career by far.

Good pay and benefits, and career advancement.

Management is awful and they need more training on how to be leaders.

A few of us are allowed to work remotely.

Virtually no transparency from executives, nonexistent Human Resources department, poor quality of insurance options, profits are prioritized over teammates, internal career development is not achievable.

Truist has some great people and benefits.

I had a pretty bad experience with Trust. This company needs to get a grip on reality. They way they have handled layoffs in the past year is one of the worst corporate blunders I have seen in my professional career. Furthermore the constant change over in corporate leadership is something you can't continue to brush under the rug.

Decent Compensation, but low for the industry
